A cleric trying to change the system, risking his life
To make women's rights be respected

This tall guy, a rap star, who said he was looking up to a woman
Can you imagine the other ones making fun of him?
But thats not even how far we must reach
I am telling you now about a day on the streets

A boy who asked a girl to repair his bike
Men who pay real respect for the way she drives
The professor who asked the boy to write about child custody
And the girl to write about war strategy

Look around and you will see those moments
Of real equality
The sad thing is that they still stand out
Anyway...Want to make us happy? Now you know how

Cause men do make me smile,
do make me happy and i welcome them into my life
as long as they are - and thats what we are

Being allowed to work doesnt make me say thank you
It makes me work.
Being allowed to play ball doesnt make me say thank you

Are you happy that i am allowed to do those things?
Do you feel like i should say thank you?
Do you feel like i should say i am sorry
since i voted more wisely than you did?
since i criticised those famous philosophers in a feminist way?
Since i dont wear the pants that make my ass look firm?
since i work harder than you ever thought i could?
